The headphone audio works just fine whenever I restart my computer, but as soon as it goes to sleep, its unplugged and plugged back in, or any minor disturbance to the headphones happens, the output device disappears entirely and any and all headphones are unusable until I restart again. I regularly use wired headphones (Beyerdynamics 770s in the dorm and some old apple headphone jack earbuds for on the go), which shows up in output devices as “Headphones (Realtek(R) Audio)”.
